Verification summary

The Wahlgren Farms Project is a Nori pilot project. Wahlgren Farms, a multi-generation operation, converted intensively tilled land to no-till in some fields and vertical tillage in others, in 2011 on most fields in the project. The farm operation is in Lincoln County, Nebraska. The purpose of this verification was to confirm, to a reasonable certainty, that Wahlgren Farms is practicing reduced tillage farming (no-till and vertical till) and they either own the lands they farm or have signed assignments from the landowners of record. There are 5000 total farm acres in the project and 5000 cropped acres. 4251 acres are in the Nori program. There were no negative findings during this verification process.
