Verification summary

After reviewing the ownership of the sampled fields and the notarized assignments of authority, it was clear the project developer controlled the lands in the project. Initially, a three were missing, but they were quickly supplied when requested. Due to the project developer having won several yield awards in the category of no-till for the state of Iowa, confirming that no-till farming was taking place on these lands was fairly simple. Multiple sources reported on the farmer engaging in these practices.
