About
I am a 5th generation farmer. I started farming nearly 20 years ago when I was right out of high school. After a few years of watching our fields erode I knew there had to be a better way. That is what has lead me down the road of regenerative practices. Now after using this system for years, the differences we see are huge. We also look forward to learning and implementing more new practices in the future.

Crops | Corn, Soybeans, Rye |
Practices | We are 100% no-till and cover cropped. We also graze cattle on the majority of our corn stubble acres every year to increase crop residue recovery. With these practices and that all our fertility is applied at plant or during the growing season we have greatly reduced the amount of synthetic fertilizer used. |
Timeline | I started experimenting with cover crops in 2012 on small acreage. In 2016 we went 100% cover crop and no-till. |
