In January of 2022, Nori discovered that we over-issued 65.2 Regenerative Tonnes to Came Farms Inc. across the vintage years 2016, 2018, and 2019. The error was caused by miscommunication between Nori and Aster Global, the project verifier. At the time of discovery, these Regenerative Tonnes had already been sold, so Nori decided to purchase new Regenerative Tonnes on behalf of the buyer to make their purchase whole again. The buyer and supplier were notified of this change, and they approved our remediation steps below.
